Our individual salt discs, imported from Trapani, Sicily, take the guesswork out of salting your pasta water. No more measuring, no more mess—just drop 2-3 discs into boiling water and let them dissolve for authentic Italian flavor every time. Each 1lb bag contains approx. 45 discs.
